My bad! I forgot to include an area for Affiliates! We do have an affiliate, the fanlisting for Jax from the show. I am heading off to an appointment, and possibly going to my mother’s. But I promise before the end of the week, I will be making sure to fix this grievous error.

Three Moves

Some may know that I’ve opened a Charmed-exclusive fanlisting collective. I’ve managed to move 3 episode fanlistings to the new location and set them up in the new Enthusiast installation.

3.10, 4.06, and 6.08 are on the new space and in the new installation.

Next up for conversion and moving is Charmed 6.12—Prince Charmed. Even though Season 5 and Wyatt/Chris are already in the new directory, they will have to wait until after the Episode fanlistings are done. There’s a method to my madness.

During the recent closings of fanlistings I owned, I sent out an email requesting members who were interested in adopting to email me at a certain email address. I forgot that some might just hit reply and it would be sent back to a different email address than the one specified in my email.

In any event, a application for adoption of Vanessa Carlton’s A Thousand Miles was in fact received. I have not received the closed confirmation for this fanlisting yet and have asked that the closed form be disregarded and have emailed the applicant back and asked if she were still interested.

So for now, I have reopened the fanlisting, uploaded an old database backup for the members list until I can hear back from the applicant, TFL, and decide what to do. I would really hate for this one to close and hated filling out that form.

*fingers crossed* We’ll figure this out.

During my move, I was without internet and in the process Fergie feat. Ludacris: Glamorous was put on troubles and closed during those two weeks. I fixed the problem, emailed TFL and reapplied. I have been reapproved. The old member list still is here and we’re just going to pick up where we left off.

Since I didn’t really like the codes I had for this listing (they were for Piper, Phoebe, and Paige, the original listing for this site, though it is now also Prue), I deleted all reference to them since I can’t find them either. Starting fresh at some point.

Adding two categories for codes as well at this site. You will be able to view them by size still, as well as Charmed Ones Set 1 (Prue, Piper, Phoebe), Charmed Ones Set 2 (Piper, Phoebe, Paige), Charmed Sisters (All four sisters), and Miscellaneous for texture and word only codes.

Now… If I can just find the time to make these codes!

Another note of interest: Sharpies are no longer listed under “S” in the Objects category at TFL. In an effort to streamline some things I’m sure, Sharpies is now listed as “Pens: Sharpies”.

CuteNews Removed!

Awhile back I found that Jenny from Prism-Perfect offered a conversion script for CuteNews to FanUpdate. Unfortunately, I didn’t read all the fine print and wound up doing this manually.

I went entry by entry, copying and post-dating new entries in FanUpdate. My pinky (since I use it for most of my left-handed typing and all my Shift-Ctrl-Alt’s) is friggin’ killing me.

So now CuteNews is totally removed from my server.

Now, as I’m revamping individual listings with new coding, ones that had utilized CuteNews may have a few errors in them. Take for example, Hybrid-Genesis. A major error code.

These will disappear as I put in FanUpdate to the actual listings.

The joys of designing the layout for the fanlisting you later apply for and get, is the fact that the layout is still on your computer and you have all the files. ALL the files. This includes the members list. So, even though this fanlisting opened a single day after it was approved and the link isn’t even in the database at TFL yet, we have 4 members. Each of them will be receiving an email letting them know of the new url and to update their passwords if necessary.

However, since the layout is still the old layout, there is a small button marked “BB-Listings” in the menu. The words may not be right, but the link is. Within the coming weeks I am redesigning everything and this layout will get heavily tweaked with some newer coding and techniques and the words will be changed.

The fanlisting for Charmed 3.10 “We All Scream for Ice Cream” has undergone quite a huge transformation. Not only have the codes issue been fixed, but the listing finally has upgraded to FanUpdate. YAY! We also have a new layout and new URL, moving into the Charmed Mini-Collective at ElizabethmK.com, called Magickal Destiny.
With the new layout also comes a new name, one that is more appropriate. I think the only thing that hasn’t changed is who owns this site! lol

Missing Fanlisting Codes

It’s been a few months since the server crash of 2008… And running through some maintenence crap I realized that I had, in that short two month time frame that the server wasn’t backed up… renamed just about every code.

The images are back in the folder as they used to be, even though the admin panel is looking for the new name.

I apologize, but it is going to take me some time to go back through and rename them the way they are supposed to be and fix this.
